Sourcing Services (Buying agent)

One of our most successful value added service is our sourcing service. We act as your purchasing or buying agent in Mexico. We help you find vendors and develop product. Negotiate pricing with vendors. Coordinate purchase orders and buying process. Receive and disburse payments to vendors. Perform quality inspections based on your specifications. Pick up the goods from the vendors, transport, ship and export from Mexico and import into the US on your behalf, and delivery to your door. In summary, through our sourcing service, we make purchasing in Mexico as easy as buying domesticaly.

We have a particular specialization sourcing and buying copper sinks in Santa Clara del Cobre, handcrafts, home décor, and furniture in Tonala and San Miguel Allende, Talavera in Dolores Hidalgo and Marble and Onyx in Puebla, Mexico.

We own our local transportation fleet, through which we perform the pick up in Mexico. We have scheduled a daily pick up service in Tonala, weekly pick up service in Santa Clara del Cobre and San Miguel Allende (adyacent to Dolores Hidalgo). And we perform on demand pick ups in any other market in Central Mexico (Puebla, Mexico DF, among others).

We have an office in Santa Clara del Cobre through which we perform order coordination, quality inspection, vendor and product development (copper sinks, bathroom copper sinks, kitchen copper sinks) and pick ups. We are opening a branch in San Miguel Allende (will serve Dolores Hidalgo also) before the end of the year.

We also have a 3,500 sq. mt warehouse with 3,500 pallet positions of capacity. This warehouse is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. We consolidate all purchases in this warehouse and from here we pack the pallets and ship them on our weekly trucks to Laredo, TX where we perform border crossing for its final delivery to your door. One of our main competitive advantages is that we have full control on the entire supply chain door to door. You do not have to deal with third parties. You only deal with us, from the moment you place the order, to the moment you receive your goods in your door.

Although we cover a wide assortment of industries as buying and purchasing agents, we have a specialization in some industries. We offer specialized sourcing services for the copper sink market located in Santa Clara del Cobre, Talavera in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, furniture, home decor and handcrafts in Tonala, Jalisco and San Miguel Allende, Guanajuato, and stone (Marble and Onyx) in Puebla, Puebla.
